[2026:RJ-JP:23323] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 6271/2026 Alladeen S/o Sh. Nizam, R/o Islam Nagar, P.S. -Malpura, District Tonk (Raj.) (Accused Presently Confined In The Sub Jail-Sambhar Lake). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Atul Kumar Jain For Respondent(s) : Mr. Rajesh Choudhary, GA-cum-AAG Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA (V.J.) Order 18/06/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner Alladeen S/o Sh. Nizam, who was arrested by the police in connection with the FIR bearing No.33/2026 dated 15.02.2026 registered at Police Station Renwal Manju, District Jaipur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 5, 6 and 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and police after conducting the investigation, has filed the charge-sheet on 25.04.2026, therefore, no further judicial custody is required. In view thereof, he prayed that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail by this Court. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail application. [2026:RJ-JP:23323] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6271/2026] 4. This Court considered the fact that there are two criminal antecedents against the petitioner of similar nature and in the present case, the police, after conducting the investigation, has filed the charge-sheet. Considering the nature of the allegations, which are based on the statement of the co-accused, this Court, without commenting upon the merits of the case, is inclined to enlarge the present petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Alladeen S/o Sh. Nizam shall be released on bail, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. The petitioner is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse liberty. 6. In case, the petitioner is found to be involved in any case of similar nature in future, then this bail shall stand cancelled without further reference to this Court. 7. It is made clear that the observation as made by this Court in the bail application will not affect the trial of the case. (RAVI CHIRANIA (V.J.)),J 303-s/Dushyant
