In deference to the earlier order dated 12.06.2026, Shri Mrinmoi Kumar Bhattacharjee, retired District and Session Judge was appointed as the sole arbitrator subject to the written declaration being furnished under Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The written declaration by the learned arbitrator has been furnished. By communication dated 17.06.2026, where he expresses no difficulty or hardship in acting as the sole arbitrator to decide the disputes arising by and between the parties, in the event, the court passes necessary orders. Considering the written declaration submitted by the prospective arbitrator, this court confirms the appointment of Shri Mrinmoi Kumar Bhattacharjee, retired District and Session Judge, to act as a sole arbitrator and who was appointed as a Prospective arbitrator by order dated 12/6/2026. Copy of this order be furnished by the Registry to the learned arbitrator. Parties are also at liberty to furnish a copy of this order.
