COMMON ORDER:
Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the Petitioner/Appellant/Complaint against Respondent No.2 challenging the judgment dated 10.01.2019 in Crl.A.No.510 of 2016 by the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District confirming the judgment of the learned Special Magistrate, Alamuru in C.C.No.571 of 2013 dated 30.07.2016.
Heard Sri P.Nanilu Naidu, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the Petitioner, Smt. D.Madhavi, learned Legal Aid Counsel for Respondent No.2 and Sri A.Sai Rohith, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed for condoning the delay of 115 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
The reason assigned for the delay is that there was communication gap in between the Petitioner and her Counsel. Petitioner states that her Counsel forgot to inform her about the case because of his busy work.
The reason assigned is not convincing and reasonable. No sufficient cause was shown and established by the Petitioner for filing the Revision Case with enormous delay of 115 days.
Therefore, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of I.A.No.1 of 2019, the Criminal Revision Case is also dismissed, as the delay is not condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
