According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent, who is the President of Krishnapuram Village, is conducting a katta panchayat. In this regard, the petitioner has also made a representation on 02.01.2024, seeking to take action against the Katta Panchayatdars. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the 5th respondent is not conducting Katta Panchayat.
