The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash entire Charge-sheet, filed in connection with Crime no.5/2023 registered at Police Station Bodhghat under section -498-A, 34 of L.P.C. & also quash the Criminal Case No. 352/2023 pending before Judicial Magistrate rate First Class, Jagdalpur, Dist- Bastar (C.G.) and set free the applicants from the alleged aforesaid offences, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been acquitted by the trial Court and as such, this petition has become infructuous. 4.
