The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of CONT No.665/2022 which was closed vide order dated 19.03.2024 on the submission of respondent No.2 that the order in question had been complied with. 4. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that although the petitioner was granted promotion w.e.f. 10.12.2007, the respondents are denying the consequential benefits to which the petitioner is entitled. This Hon’ble Court, vide order dated 13.04.2012 in WPS No. 4608/2015, specifically directed that the petitioner would be entitled to all consequential benefits resulting the rectification of all the gradation list showing petitioner’s seniority w.e.f. 10.12.2007. Hence, prays for restoration of the contempt petition. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same. 6. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore CONT No.665/2022. 7.
