Petitioner’s husband late Neeraj Kumar was in employment of respondent-University as a regular Junior Assistant. Husband of petitioner expired on 04.04.2022 and petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant vide appointment order dated 28.05.2025 in the Community Science College, Pant Nagar (Annexure no.2). 4. The grievance which has been submitted by petitioner before this Court is with regard to non- payment of salary to her for last 10 months, though the prayer in the writ petition is otherwise. However, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has given representation dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure No.5 to the petition) to respondent no.3 which is still lying undecided. The petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that the competent authority of the University may be directed to decide the said UKHC010126892026 2026:UHC:6331 representation of petitioner within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 5. Learned Counsel for respondent-University has no objection if such a prayer is ordered by this Court. 6. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority in the respondent University to decide the representation dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure No.5 to the petition) as per law by passing a speaking and reasoned order within eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 7.
