ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri N. Venkatesh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Smt. Marella Radha, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Sri T. Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Nandyal Municipality. 2. Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Nandyal Municipality, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Nandyal Municipality dated 22.04.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The first paragraph of the Written Instructions would indicate that the Respondents have admitted not only the execution of the work but completion as well and the same has been recorded in the M-Book. The Written Instructions would also indicate that the net amount of Rs.23,65,784/- is due to be paid to the Writ Petitioner. Para 5 of the Written Instructions would indicate that the net amount will be paid whenever the financial condition of the Respondent is improved. Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, with a direction to all the Respondents, including Respondent Nos.2 to 5, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today and transfer the due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (4) weeks from today for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
