ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present.
Sri K.Lenin Babu, learned Counsel is appointed as learned Mediator in this case and has submitted mediator’s report.
In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Mahila Magistrate, Vijayawada, in C.C.No.368 of 2013, dated 21.02.2019, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.58 of 2019, dated 20.04.2023, by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
