Petitioner is serving as Subedar in Indian Army. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged order of transfer passed on 01.05.2023, whereby he was transferred from Estate Management Unit, Dehradun to 236, Engineering Regt PIN 914236, 56 APO. Coordinate Bench directed the petitioner to join at the transferred post vide order dated 18.05.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the only relief sought in the writ petition was against the transfer order and after joining at the transferred place, relief as claimed do not survive. 3. This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
