Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2025 in connection with Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 30/2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(b) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 17(C), 18(C), 21(C), 22(C), 25, 27, 28 and 29 of the NDPC Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the co-accused, namely, Sonu Kumar Yadav @ Pramod Yadav have been enlarged on bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 9551 of 2025, from whom 331 grams of opium was recovered, which was intermediary quantity. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that huge quantity of opium has been recovered from the petitioner totaling 2.992 KG, which is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4.
