Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working on the post of Jail Warder and is posted at Central Jail, Ambikapur. Petitioner had submitted an application for mutual transfer with a Jail Warder posted at District Jail, Mahasamund. The application was submitted on 09.06.2025, however, till date no decision has been taken 2 by the respondents and therefore, direction be issued to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest, within specified time frame. 2. Counsel for the State submits that as petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. 3. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner for mutual transfer dated 09.06.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
