No representation for the Petitioner. Even on the previous occasion, there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner, and no proof of service was filed. Despite the matter being posted under the caption ‘For Dismissal,’ there was again no representation for the Petitioner. There was no cause, let alone sufficient cause, shown by the Petitioner for filing the Revision Case with delay of 137 days. Therefore, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is dismissed for non-prosecution as the batta was not paid to Respondent No.2. In view of dismissal of I.A.No.1 of 2019, the Criminal Revision Case is also dismissed, as the delay is not condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
