Ashok Kr. Saxena) and batch, decided on 04.04.2024. It is further contended that the case of petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment UKHC010128582026 2026:UHC:6334 passed in aforesaid special appeal. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation also does not dispute this fact. 6.
