The present interlocutory application has been instituted praying for impleading the Page No.# 2/2 present incumbent in the office of the Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department, Assam as party respondent in the connected contempt petition being Cont. Case (C) No. 619/2016. This Court has perused the contention raised in the interlocutory application and finds that the official now sought to be impleaded is the authority that would now be required to comply with the directions passed by this Court, violation of which is alleged in the connected contempt petition.
