dated 14-05-2026 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Art. 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to repatriate the petitioners by affecting the transfers in the cadre of Principals in Government Degree Colleges before filling up of the vacant posts of Principals in Government Degree Colleges by way of promotion in pursuant to proceedings Rc.No.111/OP- I/2026 dated 20-05-2026 and pass such other orders. IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to repatriate the petitioners by affecting the transfers in the cadre of Principals in Government Degree Colleges before filling up of the vacant posts of Principals in Government Degree Colleges by way of promotion in pursuant to proceedings Rc.No.111/OP-I/2026 dated 20-05-2026 forthwith, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other orders.
IA NO: 2 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay all further proceedings vide Rc.No.111/OP-I/2026 dated 20-05-2026 of the 2nd respondent in so far as multi zone -II is concerned or alternatively direct the respondents to reserve 3 existing vacancies of Principals in Government Degree Colleges in Multi Zone-ll in favour of petitioners, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other orders.
