The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case based on the confession of co- accused. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and objected for the grant of anticipatory bail. He added that the petitioner along with other accused has stolen four two wheelers and they have recovered only three two wheelers. 5.
