This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2. The present petition under Sections 2(B), 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Section 151 of the CPC, has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 11.05.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 1680/2026. 3. On 14.05.2026 this Court passed the following order:- “4. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 11.05.2026, learned Single Judge disposed of W.P.(C) 1680/2026 and passed the following directions: - “55. The Impugned Order declaring the petitioner, the Secretary General of TTFI, as persona non grata and This is a digitally signed order. All actions taken in pursuance of the said order, including the constitution of the Enquiry Committee, naturally fall and are hereby quashed. 56. Hon'ble Mr. Justice (Retd.) Krishna Murari, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, is appointed as the Enquiry Authority to inquire into the conduct and functioning of TTFI, including but not limited to the office bearers of the said federation. 57. Further action against the office bearers, including the petitioner, if required, shall be taken by, and would be subject to, the action and inquiry being undertaken by the above- appointed Enquiry Authority. 58. The Enquiry Authority shall be entitled to decide upon its own remuneration for the purposes of the aforesaid exercise, which shall be borne by TTFI.” 5. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, a written communication via e- mail dated 11.05.2026, seeking access of the following e-mail IDs, had been sent. The said e-mail IDs are as under: - “ttfi@ttfi.org, info@ttfi.org, ob@ttfi.org” 6. It is submitted on behalf of the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that since the suspension has already been revoked by the learned Single Judge by the aforesaid order, the said access has to be provided by the respondents. 7. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents appears on advance notice and seeks time to take appropriate instructions. Let the same be done before the next date of hearing.” 4. Thereafter on 15.05.2026, learned counsel for the respondents provided the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner the requisite passwords at 03:30 PM. 5. In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. This is a digitally signed order.
