Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 15.06.2026 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) whereby salary of petitioner was re-fixed and subsequently reduced, and a direction was issued to recover the excess payment made to the petitioner w.e.f. 13.06.2010 to 31.03.2026. 4. The ground which has been highlighted by learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioner before this Court is that the petitioner has never been heard before re-fixation of his salary and therefore, order is highly arbitrary and illegal and thus, it cannot sustain under law. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for respondents submits that since the grievance which has been raised by petitioner against the impugned order is that he has not been heard before passing the order, UKHC010127782026 2026:UHC:6342 matter will be dealt with and re-visited by respondent nos.2 and 3 by giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6. In such view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are directed to revisit the issue after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass fresh order against him, if any, in accordance with law. 7. Till decision is taken by respondent nos.2 and 3, the impugned letter with the Chart of pay scale dated 15.06.2026 (Annexure No.1) shall be kept in abeyance. Salary of petitioner shall not be reduced till a decision is taken. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
