In the order passed by respondent, it is mentioned that if petitioner fails to deposit the entire outstanding amount within one week, then the vehicle shall be auctioned. 3. Petitioner contends that he does not have sufficient money to repay the loan in one go and he may be permitted to repay the loan in installments. 4. This Court cannot grant such relief to petitioner. If petitioner wants some reasonable time for repaying the loan, then he can approach the competent authority. 5. The writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Branch Manager concerned by making representation. If he seeks extension of time by making representation, the same shall be considered, as per law.
