02 /26.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
2. Heard, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned
order.
3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
4. It is stated that the petitioner has taken Rs. 35,000/- to give employment to the informant in Railways/IRCTC.
5. The case is triable by the Magistrate. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2025. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has already been submitted.
6. Considering the submission of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (Town) PS Case No. 228 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that once in a month the petitioner will appear before the Magistrate concerned.
7. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed.
