This application has been filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Page No.# 2/3 Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the accused petitioner namely, Binoy Roy, has prayed for bail in connection with Golakganj P.S. Case No. 59/2026 u/s 69/351(3) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 67 A IT Act, 2000. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 10.03.2026. 4. The FIR was lodged on 07.06.2026 by the alleged victim girl stated that her age 23 years. It is alleged in the FIR that she developed a romantic relationship with the petitioner followed by some physical relationship and that, the petitioner gave her false assurances of marriage. It is also alleged that the family members of the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental cruelty and unable to bear the same, she returned to her home. The informant has alleged about the petitioner uploading of her private photos and videos on social media and that he has been pressurizing her for physical relations. 5. The case is at the stage of trial. The scanned TCR has been received. 6. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the victim/woman has not yet been examined. 7. Considering the aspect of the allegations pertaining to uploading of the personal photographs of the victim on the internet and the fact that her evidence is not yet recorded, the bail petition stands rejected at this stage. 8. The I/O of the case is also directed to engage with the cybercrime authorities of police and do the needful so that the private photographs or Page No.# 3/3 videos, if any of the victim girl are no longer available on the internet/social media, if not done already. 9. A copy of this order shall be sent to the concerned I/O. 10. For this purpose, a copy of this order shall also be furnished to the learned additional public Prosecutor. 11.
