The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: “(I) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relation to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned seniority list dated 01.01.2025 (Annexure-P/1) and seniority list at divisional level dated 01.04.2025 (Annexure-P/2). (iii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and pass a speaking order on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 05.01.2026 within a stipulated time frame. (iv) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deems fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted representation which is pending and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 4 to take decision on the representation within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State 3 would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to submit representation before the concerned authority, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of directing respondent No. 5 to take decision on the representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure-P/6) on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of order. The petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation if she so desire. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
