Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the pending representations (Annexure-P/4) of the petitioner within stipulated period of 15 days, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petition.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.1 for the relief as sought for in this writ petition and therefore at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merit. However, a direction be issued to respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner on 23.11.2023 at the earliest within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. If 3 / 3 representation submitted by petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner on 23.11.2023, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
