Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. SH Bora, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent. 2. This bail application has been filed by the petitioners namely, (1) Mamsad Hussain Khandakar @ Raja and (2) Rojamin Laskar @ Ruzamin Laskar under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking Page No.# 2/2 pre- arrest bail, in the event of arrest in connection with Murajhar P.S. Case No. 84/2026 under Sections 109/118(2)/ 127(2)/ 61(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation as reflected in the FIR is that two unknown persons coming in a motor cycle attacked the informant with sharp weapons causing injury to his neck. 4. Case diary is received and perused and the injury report therein is simple injury only. Moreover, it appears from the FIR that the petitioners have been named accused in the FIR for suspicion only as admittedly the informant did not see the petitioners committing the alleged act. 5. Having regard to the above and in view of the fact that the investigation has almost completed, further custodial interrogation may not be necessary, the prayer for pre- arrest bail is allowed. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest, be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority in connection with the aforementioned case. 7. The direction for bail is further subject to the following conditions that: (1) the petitioners shall appear before the I.O. within ten days from today and they shall cooperate with the investigation; (2) the petitioners shall not try to influence or intimidate any person or the remaining witnesses, in any manner. 8.
