The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in proposing to disburse the secondary family pension to Respondent No.4, belonging to the deceased father of Petitioner by name Syed Mohiddin Basha, who died on 11.11.2006, without considering the representation/notice dated 21.07.2026 of the Petitioner and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. In this case, the father of Petitioner was an employee of South Central Indian Railways and the issue urged by the Petitioner in this case is relating to Central Administrative Tribunal. 3. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the Petitioner to raise his plea before appropriate Court for redressal of his grievance. 4. No costs. 5.
