Case No.234 of 2020. Accordingly, the order dated 15.07.2022 passed in A.B.A. No.4214 of 2022 is modified to the extent that wherever ‘Sadar P.S. Case No.234 of 2020’ is mentioned, the same shall now be read as ‘Sadar P.S. Case No.234 of 2019’. Since the period of surrender has already expired due to the typographical error in the said order, the period of surrender is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.
