Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.40 of 2025. The petitioner is alleged to have fired at the husband of the informant and fled away. Earlier also attempts were made to eliminate the husband of the informant. It appears that on the basis of the confession of the petitioner, the arms used in the firing has been recovered. The CCTV camera ascertains the presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence. It also appears that several bullet injuries were found on the person of the injured. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2025, but regard being had to the nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
