Das … for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of statement of a co-accused and there is no recovery from the present petitioner. According to the learned advocate, the principal accused has already been granted bail. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that call data records are available. However, no money trail is available so far as the present petitioner is concerned. I have taken into account the factum of one Wasim Akram having been granted bail after a period of 10 months and the present petitioner who is in custody for four months. I also find that the case was registered on 05.02.2025. 2 Learned advocate for the State again submits that last date was fixed for consideration of charges. However, both the learned advocates are unable to apprise this court whether charges have already been framed or not. In the aforesaid circumstances, I direct the learned trial court to release the petitioner on bail after charges are framed on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper for ensuring appearance of the present petitioner in course of the trial. With the aforesaid observations, CRM(NDPS) 1350 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report submitted be kept with the record.
