JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 18.06.2026 Heard Mr. U Bori, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. Also heard Mr. HK Das, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. NK Sarma, the learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Ms.Nikita Danggen, the learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent No.2. 2. The petitioners in the instant proceedings are husband and wife. The petitioner No.1 is the husband working as a Driver in the Office of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge (Senior Divison) Yupia, in the District of Papum Pare, whereas the petitioner No.2 is working as a Process Server in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge (Senior Division) Changlang. 3. The grievance of the petitioners in the instant writ petition is that the husband and the wife are staying apart and, therefore, both have submitted representations which were not considered. 4. Mr. HK Das, the learned Senior Counsel as well as the Standing Counsel, Gauhati High Court has placed before this Court an Page No.# 3/3 instruction issued by the Registrar of the Itanagar Bench of the Gauhati High Court which is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. 5. From the said instructions, it is apparent that the representation submitted by the petitioner No.1 had been accepted and the petitioner No.1 would be transferred to the Changlang district, wherein the petitioner No.2 is discharging her services as a Process Server in the establishment of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate- cum-Civil Judge (Senior Division). 6. Taking into account the above as the grievance of the petitioners have been duly taken care of by the respondent authorities, nothing further survives in the instant writ petition, for which, the writ petition stands closed.
