1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 against the order dated 16.05.2026 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kotputli, in Bail Application No.144/2026, whereby the bail application of the petitioner was rejected in connection with F.I.R. No.344/2025, Police Station Paniyala, District Kotputli-Behror for the offences under Sections 140(3), 110, 117(2), 118(1), 189(2), 115(2), 126(2) of the BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2026 and only two criminal antecedents are found against him. He further submits that that there are two injuries, which have been held to be grevious in nature, caused by a blunt weapon and not on vital parts, with one injury on the hand and other on the leg. He also submits that challan in the case has
[2026:RJ-JP:23251] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-9178/2026] already been filed. He contends that no case under Section 110 of BNS, 2023 is made out against the petitioner. Additionally, he also submits that no report of any injury caused being dangerous to life is there on record, trial is likely to take sufficient time to conclude. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, considering the fact that all other offences except the offence under Section 110 of BNS, 2023 are trial by Magistrate and the challan has already been filed and petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2026, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioner deserves to be accepted. 6. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner -Sunil Chhawadi S/o Suvaram arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 344/2025, Police Station Paniyala, District Kotputli-Behror, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/ (Rs. One Lakh Only) with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs.
Fifty Thousand Only) each, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so till the completion of the trial and with additional following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall not leave country without the permission of the Court;
