Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “i) That the respondents may very kindly be directed to count the services of the petitioner from the date of merit as assigned by the Public service commission for the purpose of seniority, increments and other consequential/financial benefits as per the law laid down by this Hon'ble court and by Hon'ble Apex Court.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the reply filed by the respondents and submitted that the seniority of the petitioner stands now reassigned to 301 to 248. Learned Counsel accordingly submitted that in light of this correction in the seniority of the petitioner a direction be issued to that consequential benefits thereof be passed on to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. 3.
