Sailo, J) Heard Mr. James Newmai, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application the applicant seeks the extension of the bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 14.05.2026 passed in I.A.(Crl)/22/2026. The learned counsel submits that the applicant has been diagnosed with Cholethiasis and Page No.# 2/3 for which, he is required to undergo laparoscopic surgery. Although the applicant was to undergo surgery on 06.05.2026 but due to his poor health condition, he could not be operated upon. He is now under medication and his surgery planned on 07.07.2026. The applicant is therefore advised to get himself admitted in the hospital on 06.07.2026. 2. The learned counsel submits that considering the medical advise, the surgery planned and the condition of the applicant, it is not conducive for him to be in jail and therefore, the bail granted to him earlier on 14.05.2026 may be extended. 3. Ms. Livika, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the applicant was granted bail initially for 30(thirty) days on medical ground and thereafter, the same was extended for 60(sixty) days which was followed by a further extension of 45(forty five) days. She however submits that in view of the medical advise given by the doctor concerned, Court may consider the same and pass an appropriate order as it deems fit and proper. 4. Upon considering the submissions made, and upon perusal of the application filed by the applicant, we are of the view that the applicant should be granted further extension of bail in view of his surgery planned on 07.07.2026. 5. Accordingly, the bail granted t the applicant vide order dated 14.05.2026 passed in the I.A.(Crl)/22/2026 is extended for another 30(thirty) days w.e.f, 29.06.2026 i.e, the date on which the bail granted earlier expires. Page No.# 3/3 6. It is made clear that upon the expiry of 1(one) month from 29.06.2026, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities without fail. 7.
