Rahul --Petitioner Versus State Of Uttarakhand --Respondent Hon'ble Alok Mahra, J.
Mr. Manish Lohani,
learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Rakesh Joshi, learned A.G.A. along with Mr. Manoj Bhatt, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Mr. Alok Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
3. Learned State Counsel would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court. It is, therefore, contended that the relief sought in the writ petition no longer survives and the petition has consequently become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the criminal writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
