Serial No. 42 SUPPL. CAUSE LIST-I HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP(C) 888/2026 CM(2332/2026) Umer Javeed Magray …Petitioner(s) Through: Mr. Vishal Sinha, Advocate Vs. Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board Th. Its Secretary ...Respondent(s) Through: CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE. HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE. ORDER 28.04.2026 01. The short grievance projected by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the petition filed by the petitioner registered as OA No. 243/2026 is pending consideration before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Srinagar Bench, [“the Tribunal”] since 24th March, 2026, yet the Tribunal has neither issued notice in the matter nor considered the case for interim relief. 02. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in view of urgency involved, the matter deserves consideration by the Tribunal at the earliest. 03. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record, we are of the view that a fresh matter ought to have been considered by the Tribunal MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 29.04.26 expeditiously, without unnecessary delay. We fail to understand why the OA filed on 24th March, 2026 has not been considered so far by the Tribunal for admission. 04. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tribunal to consider the OA filed by the petitioner for admission on 12.05.2026. 05. Disposed of along with connected CM(s). (SANJAY PARIHAR) (SANJEEV KUMAR) JUDGE JUDGE SRINAGAR: 28.04.2026 “Mir Arif” MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 29.04.26
