ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.128 of 2026, dated 07.01.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a sick person and was in Sacred Heart Hospital, Tuticorin, on the date and time of the alleged occurrence. He further submitted that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of his family and is a respectable, law-abiding citizen. Therefore, he prays for modification of the said condition. 3.
