Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of agriculture land situated at Villages Chitvishrampur and Banour. The petitioner has harvested paddy on a total area of 6.3600 hectares within a joint holding and his name has also been registered in 'Ekikrat Kisan Portal' vide Annexure-P/1 bearing Registration No.TF3900580102471. After said registration, the petitioner was permitted and granted token (Annexure-P/2) to sale 120 Quintal paddy for the Khareef Season 2025-26. However, no token has been issued by the respondents/Authorities to sale remaining 525 paddy begs harvested from his agricultural land registered under the Ekikrat Kisan Portal. He further submits that the petitioner has made various representations to the respondents/Authorities, despite that no taken has been issued in his favour. Therefore, a direction may be issued to respondents No.2 to 4 to issue token to the petitioner for sale of 525 paddy to Adim Jati Seva Sahkari Maryadait-Bardar Society (respondent No.5). 3. Per contra, learned State counsel submits that though the petitioner has been permitted to sale 120 Quintals paddy against token (Annexure-P/2), but he 3 has not generated the token after the date 03.12.2025, when first token was issued to him, which shows negligence on the part of the petitioner, therefore, he cannot be given benefit for his carelessness. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. From perusal of record, it is apparent that Annexure-P/1 is registration issued in favour of the petitioner, whereby he has been registered in 'Ekikrat Kisan Portal' bearing Registration No.TF3900580102471 (Kharif Season 2025-26) and 6.3600 hectares of agricultural land was registered to sale paddy in respect of the petitioner. Subsequently, he was issued token (Annexure-P/2) on 03.12.2025 for sale of 120 Quintal paddy and same has already been sold according to the petitioner. Therefore, considering that 6.3600 hectares of agricultural land of the petitioner has already been registered for sale of paddy, respondents No.2 to 4 (Respondents/Authority) are directed to issue token to the petitioner for sale of remaining paddy harvested from registered agricultural land in the name of petitioner for total area of 6.3600 hectares, within 15 days from today. It is also observed that such token shall be issued subject to the physical verification of the paddy harvested from the aforesaid land. 6.
