Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner claims innocence and submits that the address from which seizure was effected do not belong to the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that the address appearing in the seizure list and the address referred to in the cause title completely matches with each other and there is report from the BLLRO in respect of the address of the present petitioner. Having considered the quantum of seizure, I am of the view that the provision of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. As such, the prayer for bail in CRM (NDPS) 87 of 2026 is rejected.
