The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the application of the petitioner was rejected on 08.03.2024 and a copy has also been received by the petitioner. 3. In view of the above said facts, this Court cannot issue a mandamus. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said communication dated 28.02.2024, if he is so advised. 4.
