These misc. bail applications have been filed by the petitioners-Hansram son of Sardar, Dheejram son of Ramkaran, Girdhar Singh son of Jagram, Murari @ Babbi son of Vijay Singh, Rishi Kumar son of Radheyshyam, Pikesh Kumar son of Rajan, Jeetram son of Babulal, Ramkesh son of Patiram @ Patram, Pooran son of Prahlad and Radheyshyam son of Dharamsingh, who were arrested by the Police in connection with the FIR bearing No.0044/2026 dated 05.03.2026 registered at Police Station Halena, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 76, 324(2) & 352 of the B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel submits that the bail applications filed by the petitioners were rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Weir, District Bharatpur vide order dated 15.05.2026, thereafter, the petitioners have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023. 3. Learned counsel submits that there are cross-FIRs against the petitioners and the complainant. Learned counsel further submits that Police, after completing the investigation, has filed the charge-sheet on 26.05.2026. Learned counsel also submits the fact that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute [2026:RJ-JP:23390] (3 of 4) [CRLMB-8210/2026] between them. In view thereof, learned counsel prays that the petitioners be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application but could not dispute the fact that both the parties lodged cross-FIRs against each other and have now settled the dispute amicably. 5. Learned counsel for the complainant, who is present in the Court, supports the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. This Court, after considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, the parties have reached to a compromise in their cross-FIRs Nos. 0044/2026 and 0045/2026 registered at the same Police Station, and taking note of the overall facts and circumstances of the case, is inclined to exercise its power under Section 483 B.N.S.S., 2023 and deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 7. Accordingly, the bail applications filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners Hansram son of Sardar, Dheejram son of Ramkaran, Girdhar Singh son of Jagram, Murari @ Babbi son of Vijay Singh, Rishi Kumar son of Radheyshyam, Pikesh Kumar son of Rajan, Jeetram son of Babulal, Ramkesh son of Patiram @ Patram, Pooran son of Prahlad and Radheyshyam son of Dharamsingh shall be released on bail, provided each of them execute a personal bond in a sum of ₹1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of ₹50,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
