This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant, who apprehends arrest in connection with Aalo P.S. Case No. 20/2026, registered under Sections 61(2)/316(2)/318(4)/336(3)/338/340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Mr. Loyi, learned Public Prosecutor submits that, as per the communication dated 22.06.2026, the petitioner has already been arrested in connection with Aalo P.S. Case No. 20/2026, registered under Sections 61(2)/ 316(2)/ 318(4)/ 336(3)/ 338/ 340(2) of BNS and, therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. 4.
