Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondent No.4 in not acting upon Memo No. REV-ASECODPA/36/2022 - SA(A1) dated 22.06.2022 issued by Respondent No.3, wherein Respondent No.4 was directed to enquire into the petitioner's complaint and submit a report but till date, no action has been taken by Respondent No.4. The said inaction of Respondent No.4 is illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice, and infringes upon the petitioners fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondent No.4 to act upon the Memo No. REV- ASECODPA/36/2022-SA(A1) dated 22.06.2022 issued by Respondent No.3,as expeditiously as possible, within a specific time frame.
