Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file representation within four weeks before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bokaro -respondent No.2 for payment of Rs.40,000/- which according to him is due. The respondents will consider his representation within six weeks as to whether actually that amount is legally payable to the petitioner or not. 5.
