Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respective respondents. Perused the material available on record. 5 3. The case of the petitioners is that Late Sri Paruchuri Veera Venkata Rao executed a Registered Settlement Deed dated 31.12.1979 in favour of the 4th respondent, settling a half share in the subject property after his demise. He subsequently executed a Registered Will dated 13.10.1986, bequeathing the remaining half share of the property among his three sons and the other half share in favour of the 4th respondent. 4. A suit in O.S. No. 277 of 2025 is pending before the I Additional District Judge, Guntur, against the 4th respondent and others, seeking declaration of title and recovery of possession in respect of the subject property. 5. While the said suit is pending, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 27.06.2025 to the 3rd respondent requesting that the house tax and water tax records relating to the subject property should not be changed in favour of the 4th respondent without following due process of law and without issuing notice to the petitioners. 6. The petitioners also submitted a reminder representation dated 15.10.2025. However, no action has been taken on the said representations so far. 7. A counter-affidavit has been filed by the unofficial 4th respondent, denying the averments made in the affidavit filed in 6 support of the Writ Petition. It is further stated that the name of 4th respondent has already been entered in the revenue records in respect of the subject property. 8. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation submitted by the petitioners may be considered and disposed of by the competent authority after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the petitioners and respondent No.4. 9. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 also agrees to the same. 10. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 27.06.2025 and 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
