This writ of certiorari is filed to quash the Circular Memo ROC No.018369/AW/2025 dated 21.01.2026 issued by Respondent No.3 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. During hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on 16.03.2026, submitted that online portal was created by the Respondents for transportation of cattle and the same would be activated in short time and subsequently it is informed to the Court that online portal is activated. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that fitness certificate and permission for transportation of the animals was also issued to the Petitioner. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, as the cause in the writ petition is redressed, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. 5
