During midst of argument, learned counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection that the respondents from whom the petitioner is seeking relief for appointment is ICAR; as such, the petitioner should approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal in view of Section 14(2)/Section 14(3) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. 3. In response to this, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the instant writ application may be disposed of, with an observation that the petitioner may be permitted to raise all the questions including the questions raised in this writ application with regard to his claim for compassionate appointment. 4. Having regard to the above, the instant writ application stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna at Ranchi Bench, Ranchi. 2026:JHHC:10070 2 5. It is made clear that the petitioner would be at liberty to raise any other grounds including the grounds raised in this writ application and the issue of limitation, if any, may be considered in the background that the writ application was pending before this Court since 2022. 6.
