1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioners have filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to i) Admit the writ application. ii) Call for the record. iii) Issue Rule NISI or appropriate writ/writs/order/orders/direction/directions calling upon the opposite parties, particularly opposite party no.1 to 3:- (iv) to show cause, why the notification dated 26/09/2025 issued by Opp. Party No.2 under Annexure- 12, which does not align with the letters dated 29/07/2024 under Annexure-5, 30/07/2024 under Annexure-8, and 19/11/2024 under Annexure-10, should not be quashed, and the petitioners should not be absorbed in DAY-NRLM as per the letters dated 29/07/2024, 30/07/2024, and 19/11/2024 under Annexure-5,8, and 10 should not be implemented and if they fail to show cause issue appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions by quashing the notification dated 26/09/2025 under
Page 2 of 2. Annexure-12 being illegal and arbitrary by this Hon'ble Court;
(v) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs order/orders direction/directions the directing opposite parties, particularly opposite party no.2 and 3, to give preference in the ensuing recruitment process of SMMU, DMMU, and BMMU as per the letter dated 02/08/2025 under Annexure-11 and 02/12/2025 under Annexure-13 by considering their experience in the NRETP project;
(vi) Pass such other order/orders, direction /directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner is in duty bound shall ever pray.”

However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to make individual representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of two (2) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No. 2 be communicated to the Petitioners. However, it is observed that henceforth no joint application will be entertained. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is
disposed of.
