M. P. No. 2535 of 2025 which was disposed of vide order dated 26.09.2025 whereby the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in spite of order dated 26.09.2025 the defects could not be removed and has submitted that Rs. 10,000/- in terms of that order has already been deposited. She submits that further time be granted to remove the defects. 3. Considering the submissions, time granted vide order dated 26.09.2025 in Cr. M.P. No. 2535 of 2025 for removal of defects in Cr. Revision No. 1638 of 2023 is now extended further till 20.02.2026. 4. If the defects in the Cr. Revision is removed in terms of present order, office is directed to place the Cr.
