The petitioners have preferred instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking limited relief that appropriate direction may be 2 issued to respondent No.3/the Tahsildar, Pusour, Distt. Raigarh for issuance of appropriate certificate as required to the petitioners for sale of their land. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are recorded owner of the land bearing Khasra No.62/4, total area 0.307 hectare situated at village Boirdih, Tah. Pussour, Distt. Raigarh. It is further submitted that the petitioners are willing to sell their aforesaid land, therefore, they have filed application dated 21.08.2025 (Annexure-P/3) before the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered yet. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the application of the petitioners and provide necessary documents, as prayed for by them. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, appropriate order may be passed. 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and the issue involved in the instant case, this petition is disposed of at this juncture, directing respondent No.3/Tahsildar, Pusour Distt. Raigarh to consider the application dated 21.08.2025 (Annexure-P/3) and decide the same expeditiously preferably within 15 days from the date of after receipt / submission of copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid observation and direction, instant petition stands disposed of at the motion stage itself.
