MP(M) No. 542 of 2026 The applicant/petitioner has filed the present application for condonation of delay to assail the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kullu. However, she received a formal letter regarding appointment of Legal Aid Counsel on 19.09.2025 and thereafter contacted the Legal Aid Counsel, but at that time the complete brief was not available with her. In the process of imparting complete instructions to the Legal Aid Counsel, further delay was caused. In these circumstances, the appeal was prepared on 11.11.2025 and filed on 12.11.2025. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that there was sufficient cause which prevented the applicant/petitioner from filing the revision within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the application stands disposed of. Cr. Revision (FC) No. ___/2025 (Cr. Rev.(FC)/10716/2025) Be registered.
